Booking Conditions

To make your booking we require a 50% deposit on the accommodation and the full cost of any food packages ordered. The balance is to be paid prior to or upon arrival.

The deposit will be refunded in full for cancellations giving 21 days or greater notice, except for bookings made during public & school holiday periods or 7 days or more stay when a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the accommodation cost may be deducted.

No refunds will be given for cancellation less than 21 days prior to the arrival date.

The Chapel Newstead is for the exclusive use of booked guests only. NO VISITORS are allowed on the property without the owner's prior permission. Strictly no parties or functions allowed. For the comfort of all guests, NO SMOKING OR PETS allowed on the property. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by and may be asked to leave the property in the case of breach of these conditions.

An extra bedroom charge will apply for the use of the second bedroom if not booked.

Standard check-in time is after 3pm by arrangement. Please advise us of your estimated arrival time.
